House Rules – Heaven Estates Apartments

To ensure your stay – and that of all our guests – is as pleasant as possible, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Arrival & Departure

Check-in: from 4:00 PM

Check-out: by 10:00 AM

If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance – we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony – please keep the balcony door closed and use the provided ashtray.

Pets

Pets are allowed in all our apartments. A one-time fee of **€30 per stay** will be charged per pet.

Quiet Hours

Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Cleanliness & Care

Please treat the apartment and furnishings with care and leave everything in a tidy condition. If anything gets damaged or heavily soiled, please inform us immediately.

Waste Separation

For the sake of the environment, we ask you to separate your waste into the designated bins (residual waste, paper, recyclables, glass). Instructions can be found in your apartment.

Visitors

If you wish to receive visitors, please inform us in advance. Unregistered overnight guests are not allowed.

Wi-Fi & Appliances

All apartments offer free Wi-Fi. You’ll find the login details inside your apartment. Please handle all technical equipment and furniture with care.
